RENOVATION OF AN APARTMENT WITH GREAT POTENTIAL

This is how the property looked after the initial demolition works. It is a 60 m2 apartment located in El Campello (Alicante). The building dates back to the 1970s and was in urgent need of updating. The owners wanted to carry out a renovation as well as an interior design project to improve its functionality. Our clients, who are French, wanted to enjoy their holidays in a completely renovated space. We suggested opening up the whole daytime area, connecting the kitchen with the living room, and creating new storage areas. Distinctive touches were also added to the design, such as the wallpaper in the hall and the lattice screen at the entrance to the master bedroom.

The final result is incredible, a space full of light with improved functionality. The clients are delighted and so are we.
