Alfonso X Residence
Residential / Interior Architecture
Located in the heart of Murcia, Alfonso X Residence is a 300 m² luxury residence that reflects Keinzo’s vision of timeless interior design, where minimalist architecture, premium materials and bespoke craftsmanship come together to create an elegant contemporary home.
Designed around an open-plan living concept, the kitchen and living area share a generous, light-filled space that enhances both functionality and everyday living. A refined palette of warm neutral tones provides a calm backdrop, allowing the quality of the materials to become the true protagonist of the project.
Large-format porcelain, natural wood and bespoke furniture define the architectural language throughout the residence. Every piece of joinery was designed and crafted exclusively for the home, creating seamless continuity across the interiors. Architectural lighting, bespoke ceilings and full-height wall panelling further enhance the sense of depth, warmth and sophistication.
A defining feature of the project is the sculptural custom-made partition separating the entrance hall from the living room. Integrating a contemporary water vapour fireplace, this bespoke element becomes both a functional divider and a striking architectural focal point.
The open-concept dressing room was entirely tailored to the client’s lifestyle. Crafted in natural wood, every cabinet, drawer, display case and backlit niche was individually designed to maximise functionality while maintaining a refined aesthetic. It flows naturally into the en-suite bathroom, finished in large-format porcelain and featuring a built-in shower bench and an illuminated recessed niche, reinforcing the project’s commitment to contemporary luxury and meticulous attention to detail.
Alfonso X Residence is a celebration of minimalist interiors, exceptional materials and tailor-made design, creating a sophisticated home where every detail has been carefully considered.
