Jabonerías Apartment
Residential / Turnkey Service
Jabonerías Apartment is a luxury interior design project in the historic centre of Murcia, created to transform an outdated 80 m² apartment into a contemporary home overlooking the city’s iconic cathedral. Designed as a bespoke renovation, the project balances timeless elegance, intelligent space planning and carefully crafted architectural details to maximise both functionality and natural light.
Every area of the apartment has been thoughtfully reimagined, from the open-plan living spaces and custom-designed kitchen to the private en-suite bedroom and flexible guest studio. Bespoke furniture, premium materials and refined lighting solutions create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere while enhancing the connection between the interior and its exceptional urban setting.
Developed as a complete interior design project in Murcia, the apartment reflects Keinzo’s approach to luxury residential design: creating homes that combine contemporary architecture, craftsmanship and everyday comfort. The result is a timeless residence where every detail has been carefully considered to enrich the way its owners live.
